Bubble & Squeak

The name comes from the fact that it bubbles and squeaks in the pan. Traditionally made from the leftover vegetables of a Sunday lunch. At The Shakespeare we use  potato, brussel sprouts, rutabaga, turnip, onion, celery root and fresh thyme. Sautéed until crispy on the outside.

Reheating: For best results lightly saute with 1 tsp of vegetable oil per portion or remove lid and reheat in microwave till hot

Portion tips: 4 orders would suffice for 5 people
