Cooking and serving Sunday lunch at home is the very heart of British food and cooking. A tradition since the 15th Century, it is the time for family and friends to get together and share a great meal. A hearty offering of meat and three veg, the leftovers are as delicious days after, being turned into juicy sandwiches and strapping meat pies.

Only on Sundays, The Shakespeare serves a traditional roast ‘just like your mother used to make’ from 12pm to 8pm. For $25 there is a choice of three roast meats accompanied by seasonal veg, roast potatoes, Yorkshire puds and the customary condiments, all served family style to your table.
