Cooking Instructions: Using a fork, prick each sausage 2 - 3 times, and gently saute over a moderate heat with 1tsp of cooking oil turning until all sides are deep golden brown and the sausage is firm to the touch.
For 2 portions of JWF bangers and mash at home, serve with 1 order of mash potatoes and 1 order onion gravy
